		<description>It is my understanding that with the CXW method, the goal is to elongate the spine (like other methods), however there is also and emphasis on keeping the lower spine natural. One thing I&#039;ve noticed is the slightly forward inclination of the spine which results in an elongated, straightened spine and it appears to be natural (ie.. not tucked). 

In this regard, the spine is still straight, just not perpendicular to the ground. Maybe it&#039;s a wu thing where the goal is to have the spine aligned with the rear foot? not sure.. but just my own thoughts</description>
