What i discovered once I started using the kua passively instead of actively iis that now my entire body moves COMPLETELY differently. However I too did the bouncing trick, and yes it started to hurt. I&#039;m wondering if maybe this is a force-vectoring issue, as it only really hurt if force is being vectored laterally through my knees, meaning it doesn&#039;t hurt for me to do fa jin out of mountain climbing or 6-4 stances. Keep us informed of your experiments. :D</description>
