Why train tai ji in the morning

Practising tai ji is hard. But that’s not an excuse to not practise. However, the “hard” part seems to nag louder than the “I want to practise” part. So I’ve rephrased the question to “how can I create the time to practise”. I have tried night time, I have tried day time. I have tried weekends. I have tried anytime. Moral Tai Ji sword

I’ve been wanting to write about the morality of Tai Ji, but wasn’t sure where I stand. To understand tai ji, you have to understand and embrace yin and yang. Similarly, you have to embrace both good and evil. The topic can easily veer off to the various religions and philosophies, but today, I think i’ll take only a baby step and venture into tai ji bare hands form vs using the sword. Continue reading »
